Harmonizing Legal Solutions

My passion for music has uniquely shaped my approach to legal work both as a paralegal and now as a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP). Leading and singing in a choir have taught me attention to detail and how to coordinate, guide, and bring together diverse voices—a skill that translates directly into my work with clients and legal teams. Just as every voice is vital to a harmonious performance, I ensure that each client’s needs are carefully heard and addressed. My musical background has also deepened my ability to listen, collaborate, and maintain balance, which I apply to navigating legal matters with care and precision.

Brittany is a Colorado Springs native. She received her bachelor’s degree in Music Technology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. After working on a cruise line for a summer as a sound technician, she began working in 2011 as a file clerk at a local family law firm. By 2012, she was working as a paralegal and earned her associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Pikes Peak Community College (now Pikes Peak State College). From 2017 to 2021, Brittany took a break from paralegal work to pursue her love of music as a middle school choir teacher, while still doing some contract paralegal work in her available time. After having her daughter in 2021, Brittany left teaching and went back to the legal field as a paralegal.

In 2023, Brittany began the process to become a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional (LLP), able to represent Clients in various family law matters. On June 20, 2024, Brittany was sworn in at the Colorado State Supreme Court by Justice Boatright as one of the first LLPs in Colorado history.

In her free time, Brittany enjoys singing in her church choir, playing with her daughter, hanging out with her husband, camping, and watching professional hockey and lacrosse games. Brittany also has a mini “zoo” at her house which includes: 2 cats, 1 dog, 2 sugar gliders, 9 aquatic turtles, 1 snake, 1 axolotl, and various small fish.
